What we respond to
- Corrections. If you spot a factual error in one of our guides, we want to know — especially if you can cite a source that supports the correction.
- Source disagreements. If our recommendation conflicts with one you trust from another authority, tell us. We update when the evidence supports it.
- Guide requests. Want a species we haven't covered yet? Tell us which species and we'll prioritize based on demand.
- Partnerships and inquiries. Press, collaborations, sponsorships, drop-ship distributor relationships: hello@reptination.com is the right starting point.
What we don't respond to
- Veterinary diagnosis or treatment questions. Your sick reptile needs a real vet, not us. Find one through ARAV.
- Identification of wild reptiles. Try iNaturalist or your state herpetological society.
- Sales inquiries for live animals. We're an editorial site, not a breeder or seller.
